Assistant /Deputy Production Manager - Chemical Manufacturing Industry



Areas of Responsibilities :


  • Daily Basis Follow up of the Process.
  • Will be responsible for the Entire Factory Production , Planning , Quality.
  • Reporting to MD of the Factory Daily Production.
  • Able to implement and Monitor Continual improvement Project related to Production & Quality.
  • Quality checks Needs to be done at Various Check Points Production work flow , fore casting, Quality & Timely Deliveries.
  • Arranging the manpower.
  • Will be responsible to the ensure Production Execute & Shipping on time every time anticipate and identify Production Problems & find solution that might affect the delivery.
  • Department budgets , running cost, efficiency , productivity, on time deliveries & profitability.
  • Implementing LEAN concepts on the production & production related areas-at all levels & across all departments-internally & externally ( Including suppliers .)
  • Reconciliation of orders and identify profit and loss of each orders.
  • Very strong Co-ordination with HR to ensure the manpower.
  • Implementing highest AQL.
  • Implementing First time right concept.
  • Daily Basis Follow up of the Process.
  • Will be responsible for the Entire Factory Production , Planning , Quality.
  • Reporting to MD of the Factory Daily Production.
  • To reduce production cost, Setting New Systems.
  • Monitoring the Production Process and adjusting schedules as needed.
  • Measurement follow up for all the sampling before sending them to buying houses
  • Suggestion to the Production department regarding various steps taken at the time of sampling.
  • Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.
