Roles and Responsibilities

POSITION - MANAGER (SECURITY) - (Chief Security Officer)




Ex-Army Serviceman

Height Required - 6 Feet

Should Have All India Armed/Weapon Licence (Pistol, Gun, Riffle)


3+ years of experience in Industrial Security and experience in Industrial Fire Safety will be added advantage. Candidate must have experience in Liasioning with Local Govt. authorities/police and knowledge of computer applications.


The candidate must be Ex-Army with minimum 3+ years of experience in Industrial security measures in large industrial setup. Experience in CCTV setup, computerized security systems.


To advise management on various aspects from time to time on matters related to security requirements and issue directions based on management decisions on such matters.

To control the movement of material- incoming and outgoing, entry of visitors and maintain the administration of the employees at the main gate.

To maintain close liaison with local authorities, local leaders, get advance information related to industrial relations, security and keep the management informed.

To maintain all records and documents on regular basis and as required by the management from time to time.

To introduce safety policies, fire fighting procedures for the employees & documentation related to ISO & EHS.

You will be responsible for detainment of company vehicle on day to day basis & their maintenance and staff/female buses ply from Textile Mill.

You will report to V.P.(P&A). In addition to above responsibilities, you will undertake any other special assignments as given by V.P.(P&A)..
