We are hiring Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager/Sr. Officer/Officer(Trade & Non Trade Sales) for India's top Cement Manufacturing Company.



1. Deputy Manager(Trade & Non Trade Sales) :-

Qualification :- Any Graduate.

Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize


Experience:- 8-10 Years of experience in Cement Manufacturing Company as Sales & Marketing


Job Profile and Expectation :-

  • Primarily responsible for Cross Trade or Non Trade related pricing activities and budget requirements (objectives)
  • Pro-actively identify market opportunities.
  • Develop & Prepare & Maintain a cross trade product catalogue.
  • Develop & Prepare & Maintain commercial action plans to identify specific targets
  • Present and sell company services to current and potential customers active on the assigned trades
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers relationships through appropriate propositions and sales methods
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries & leads and sales visits
  • Visit prospects & customers (field activity)
  • Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns

Skill Set & Knowledge:


  • Experience in planning & executing sales activities
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Sales drive - Ability to motivate team members, team player
  • Self-Driven & Proactive
  • Result Oriented with a positive outlook

2. Assistant Manager(Trade & Non Trade Sales) :-

Qualification :- Any Graduate.

  • Responsible for Channel Sales & dealer Management of Cement.
  • Servicing and Assisting Distributors and Sub Distributors.
  • Introduction and Grand Launching of New Brands/Products.
  • Making concrete Plan to ensure Primary, Secondary Sale and closure.
  • New Market Identification and Development.
  • Collection and Network expansion.
  • Branding ,business promotions.
