Required Finance Manager Qualified Charted Accountant


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Daily reporting.
  • Presentation preparation to Investor, both existing & Prospective
  • Ensuring preparation and getting Due Diligence of startup from BIG Four
  • Analyzing targets.
  • Meeting with department heads.
  • Managing and coordinating monthly reporting, budgeting and forecast processes and presentation to CEO.
  • Providing back-office services such as accounts payable, collection and payroll.
  • Monitoring cash flow.
  • Working with Centre Heads and Branch heads ensuring compliance and its resources
  • Coordinate with Auditors, preparation of Financials,
  • Presentation & Data to be shared with Board of Directors
  • Preparation of Financial Statements, variances analysis, Budget and Annual Action plans.
  • Quarterly closing of books of accounts of Delhi Development Authority including booking of accrual & prepaid.
  • Accounts Receivable process handling, Debtor Ageing Analysis with periodic list of Sundry debtors.
  • Reconciliations of various accounts such as Debtors, taxes, banks on monthly basis.
  • Preparation of Investment plans of Surplus Funds.
  • Also handled the project of DDA for computerisation DDAs land records by ensuring proper sequential bar codes over files.
  • Learned, prepared GST SOPs and also presented through PPTs before the Vice Chairman DDA.

Key Result Areas:


  • Statutory Audits compliance with provisions of Companies Act, 1956 and Accounting Standards.
  • Checking & reporting on adherence to standard accounting practices, internal policies, control procedures etc.
  • Conduction of Tax Audit (Form 3CD) along with compilation of all details annexure of the form.
  • Implement internal process to strengthen accounting process.
  • Conduct Internal Audit and reporting to management for achieving efficiency of departments.
  • Checking and verification of Financial Statements with transactions.
  • Preparation and E-filing of Income tax Returns, TDS Returns, Service tax return, ROC Forms.
  • Quarterly calculation of advance tax and its timely deposit, preparation of Computation and filing of income tax returns.
  • Preparation of Books of Account of Companies, Firms and Individuals. Scrutiny of Trial Balances, ledger and resolving the queries.
  • Procuring registration, amendment in registration certificate, procuring statutory form i.e. C’, ‘F’, ‘H’ etc. under Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 and Central Sales Tax Act, 1956.
  • Deposit service tax on time under various categories of services by utilization of CENVAT. Update CENVAT register.
  • Verify and checking of all compliances under Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 and Central Sales Tax Act, 1956.
  • Response to notices received by the Income Tax, Service Tax, VAT department.
  • Assist in preparation and finalization of documents / written note submissions for completion of Assessment, Remand Assessment, Audit and Special Audit.
  • Assist in preparation and filing an Appeal / Objection.

REQUIRED SKILLS:


- 8-10 years of relevant experience in sales and business development

- Prior experience in leading a team

- Strong finance acumen in a must

- Experience in early-stage startup environment and inherent hustle factor would be an advantage

- Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground situations and partner relationships

- Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivation driven
