General Manager or Senior General Manager for Non-Trade Sales for Cement Manufacturing Industry Maharashtra.


15+Years Experience in Non Trade Sales & Marketing /Profit Center Operation/ Team Management/ Channel Management/ Sales enablement. (Builder, Contractor, or and Institution involve in any project, NGO, or Government). The Dealer bypass.

Skilled in Business Planning, Managing Distribution Channels, Team Management, Sales, and Business Development.

An innovator, quick learner & an effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational & presentation abilities.

Possess a flexible & detail-oriented attitude with an ability to manage virtual & cross-functional teams and engage with & influence across all organization levels

Responsibilities:


Design, develop and deploy strategy for maximizing market share and improve profitability in line with commercial strategy.

Translate company commercial strategy into sales unit annual operating plan; Implement pricing and rebate policy, Set & monitor target and KPI for Areas Offices.

Drive performance in Areas Offices Manage and drive performance of Area Office through area level monthly sales plans, Coordinate with National Marketing for rolling out specific initiatives in marketing

Identification & development of people in the marketing & sales function. Developmental training & creating the potential for future roles among line/ support function. Excitement building, attitude & skill development of the line function. Handling & managing performance through a cross-functional team of 45

Designing marketing plans regarding consumer reach programs, BTL & promotional campaigns (Roadshows, consumer camps, etc.), CSR initiatives, various events, sponsorships & other brand building

To retain a competitive edge through improvement & developmental projects in regional sales & marketing.

Initiate, implement & track projects related to Market Share, Key Account Management, Channel Management, Customer Segmentation, Pricing, and Discount Strategy, Market Intelligence.

Coordinate with National Marketing for rolling out specific initiatives in marketing. Manage cross-functional activities and relationships

Work with Sales Director and Sales Units to implement specific program initiatives and acts as a point of contact for global sales management vertical.

Ensuring sharing of best practices across the region. Formulation & functioning of COP (Community of practice) to scale up tools & practices.

Managing P&L statements, balance sheets, and financial reports for processing and profit analysis

Rolling out Annual Business Plan for the business partners and aligned it with the company's objectives Planning manpower and its entailing functions to drive operations smoothly and with efficacy

Augmenting product awareness levels and steering profits margins through negotiation with franchisee, district manager, and actual buyers along with stipulating the implementation of in-store merchandise displays, product assortments, pricing structures, sales allowances, rebates, and festival promotions

Conferring data to 3 Sales Managers, Designers' head and Support Office Staff operations head, purchase managers Designing procedures & plans for increased network quality through continuous monitoring of CI norms, business enablers including manpower, funding, and introduction of processes & audits to ensure the adherence

Administering design & implementing annual incentive programs for dealerships aimed at sales promotion and rewarding the best dealers and staff

Conceptualizing & executing innovative promotions to enhance brand visibility and a suitable media plan, in coordination with the marketing team and external agencies

Optimizing channel functions & flows, direct & indirect channel partners counter-wise targeting, all-monthly channel partners incentives & payouts, BTL schemes & promotions, primary & secondary reporting systems & process automation, and so on

Establishing consistent and appropriate business practices, enhancing controls for credit risks, and built staff/supplier morale at a time of financial distress; instituted controls, teamwork, and obligation throughout the entity

Directing the planning and production of advertising, direct mail, telemarketing, and sales collateral including datasheets, web content, case studies, white papers, FAQ, sales and channel training decks, and PowerPoint presentations Articulating the specific needs of target accounts to the Global Campaigns Team to develop and execute relevant programs focused on strategic accounts

Interacting with heads of different Business Units to represent their specific messages in the accounts marketing plan Taking ownership and answerability of KPIs and success measures to drive growth in assigned accounts; gaining buy-in for measurement models from key stakeholders

Supervising and directing various critical activities such as Operations, Vendor Management, Service Contractors, Logistics, and Accounts / MIS
