Head HR- Medial Device & Health Care Industry


Should have experience in various HR Metrics, Recruitment, Training &

Development, Liaisoning, Administration.

Steering workforce effectiveness with a focus on enhancing Training & Development, to derive work efficiency.

Formulating and implementation of KRAs and goal setting along with core functional groups.

Proficient in managing complex records, database & reports. Experience in Planning Organizing, staffing, and directing training resources/operations.

Responsible for the training effectiveness index and constant initiative to identify an area of improvement and new ways of value addition by way of training.

Hands-on experience in implementing a Training plan, Talent Development Process & measuring training effectiveness. Effectively executed responsibilities including recruitment lifecycle, arranging walk-ins & interviews for specific skills-based opportunities

Effective communicator with good presentation, relationship and leadership skills.

Contract Labour matters, Negotiation with Union, Attending conciliation proceedings and Industrial Relations matters refer to tribunal & Labour Court, Liaison with central & State Govt. Agencies, compliance of Industrial Laws, Disciplinary Procedure with the Provision of the standing order. Core IR issues. Govt. Liaisoning: Pollution Department, Labour Department, Explosive Department, Director of Factories, Certifying Surgeon, Labour court, ESI Office, PF Office, Employment Exchange and Statistical Department.


Training & HR Responsibilities:


Responsible for the training effectiveness index and constant initiative to identify an area of improvement and new ways of value addition by way of training.

Identifying training requirements from various projects

Planning, organizing, staffing, and directing training resources/operations.

Administration: Time Office Control, Absenteeism Control, Disciplinary action, Housekeeping, House culture, Transportation/logistics, Insurance activity.

Designing and implementing remuneration and other reward systems to maximize performance.

Adhering to compliance under various enactments like P.F., E.S.I, Bonus, Gratuity etc.

Handling matters of Insurance like Mediclaim, and Group Personal Accident Policy.

Overseeing Leaves, Attendance, Compensation, Loans & Advances, Rewards and Employee Pension activities in the division.

Managing welfare measures, management - employee get together, team building etc. to enhance motivation levels and productivity.

Handling disciplinary matters and the course of action to be taken and frame memos, charge sheets etc. and also organizing and holding enquiries and implementing disciplinary action.

Internal and external security, Disaster Management.


Legal / Disciplinary matters:

HR Operations:


  • Review and approve budgets, design, and implement company polices and monitor the impact.
  • Organisation Development: maintain and develop HR processes to ensure compliance and contribute to the development of HR polices and protocols in each function
  • Accuracy in maintaining Org Charts, Headcount Reports, Documentation and MIS,
  • Conceptualising and implementation of HR analytics tool for effect decision making
  • Participation in management reviews and HR- MIS for planning for recruitment of all levels.
  • Attrition Analysis, Wage cost Analysis, monitor internal HR system and database.
  • Act as consultant to managers and employees regarding polices / procedures.
  • Create monthly HR cost dashboard for a complete control on budgets.

HR Audit Compliances:

  • Ensure all employment contracts, personal files, Personal documents, leave & attendance records are in line with local legislation.

Attendance, Leave and Exit Management:

  • Custodian of entire Attendance and leave management System (HRIS). Leave encashment, coordination with finance for payroll with accurate data.
  • Full and final settlement for exited employees with complete control on handover and amount disbursement.

Employee Grievance:

  • Working to resolve employee complaints involving working conditions, harassment, disciplinary actions, etc. according to company policies and applicable legal requirements.

  • Accelerate employee Goal setting and PDR closure in system.

Recruitment:

  • Handled recruitment across functions, Partnered business heads on a proactive basis to address their talent requirements.
  • Sourcing through Campus, social media, Employee referrals, Head-hunters, and internal database, conduct interview across levels with different module of online tests as per the profile and requirement, salary negotiation.
  • Taken care of entire induction, Joining formalities (Offer and appointment), P Filing, Background Verification.
