International Sales Manager for Garment Industry


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Expertise in providing strategic and systematic approaches on sales and marketing of growing business organizations for Garment Industry
  • Manage responsibilities related to effective business planning, implementation, supervision and considering corrective actions to stay ahead of competitive markets.
  • Negotiate business dealings with local and international clientele besides strengthening client support, service as well as business operations while developing contacts with key clients.
  • Understand prevailing market trends and issues; analyze its impact towards the business in long run and further devise strategies to counter any possible business threat.
  • Actively participate in exhibitions to promote company products, enhance the companys image, and maintain awareness of trends and issues in the industry.
  • Ability to manage business development, order execution, price negotiations and effectively handle the pre-post follow up with clients for payments.

International Business Development -


  • Identify and recommend new business development opportunities, including analysis and interpretation of market segments, business trends and identification of customers, vendors specific needs.
  • Perform effectively towards enhancing the companys image, maintaining business volume and gradually accelerating growth in terms of turnover, brand name, client base and personnel.
  • Define, set and impose market and distribution strategies as well as enterprise growth opportunities in line with strategy and within correct levels of authority.
  • Generate new business; explore potential markets and develop business relationships.
  • Heading Business Operations, P&L Management, Strategy Planning, Marketing, Client Services, and Sales Administration while focusing to reach untapped global base across Egypt, US, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Turkey, Vietnam, and Africa Developing, reviewing, and reporting strategy and ensuring the strategic objectives are well executed by the team Managing: Sampling process including follow up with factory for timely dispatch to meet the requirement of customers.

Overall Sales Management: Target fixing, briefing, fresh forecasting, enhancing set revenues targets, monitoring overall performances, advising and follow ups, brand promotion, marketing.B2B Sales


Channel/Distribution Management: Identify and appoint channel partners, performance evaluation, market coverage, relationship management, inventory management, logistic management etc.


Strategic Planning: Assessing market potential, customer trends, buying behavior etc to fine tune Sales strategy for market share enhancement. , cost / expense planning, revenue maximization.


New Business Development: Market segmentation, evaluating marketing budgets, competitors, assessing market, penetration, visibility, promotion, launch.Staff Training .


Operations and Administration: Be accountable to enhance overall operational effectiveness and meet operational goals within the cost, time and process parameters. Coordinate communications with HR, accounts, MIS, marketing, logistic and legal department.


New Product Development based on Market needs and specific customer requirements.

Dealing with customers regarding their inquiries and finalization of export orders.

Entering into long-term contracts with customers considering current price trends.

Timely execution of orders as per customer requirement and updating the same to the customers.


Controlling Export Logistics and other operational cost Steering business operations for the profit center with a view to realize pre-planning sales and revenue targets; formulating profit center budget for operational / business development activities


Formulating, developing and implementing yearly business strategies to ensure attainment of revenue goals and profitable sell-through Driving business and ensuring sustainable growth, focusing on achieving /surpassing sales targets; expanding business reach and creating new sales / leads opportunities


Performing monthly sales forecasting and competitive analysis for determining accurate performance levels and needs for growing the current and additional vertical markets and product categories


Recruiting & training the team to ensure high efficiency, creating & sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst the team

  • Business Development Experience in USA, Europe, Middle East, Asia, South America,  Eastern Europe, and Africa.
  • Handling International/Exports GARMENT TEXTILE Sales Institutional, Industrial, Government & Corporate key accounts.
  • Responsible for handling existing clients and generating new business in Govt /Institutional Sector
  • Ensuring repeat business from the existing clients
  • Achievement of sales objectives.
  • Adhere to company policies and reporting system.
  • Providing information on competitive products in the territory & carrying out sampling activity, as and when required for new product launch.
  • Source tender from private and government portals
  • Upload all necessary documents on the portal for technical and price bids
  • Analyse tenders sourced, quoted, won, etc and work out plans to improve on all these parameters
  • Responsible for sourcing , documentation and bidding for new tenders for our specific products
  • Responsible for handling existing clients and generating new business in Govt /Institutional Sector
  • Responsible for registering/onboarding our brand on relevant Govt departments/Platforms and generating Inquiries/Demand for the same
  • Should have good interpersonal skills of Liasioning with various Govt departments and Agencies
  • Support Government and Private agencies where required to frame guidelines for technical bid which will help them shortlist the best service provider
