Job Location - Mumbai

Job description / Role

  • Create & enhance long term business relationships with customers/ clients to ensure maximum profitability in line with organizational objectives.

  • Analyzing past sales figures/ trends to anticipate future product and devising a merchandising plan using the above.

  • Communicating the merchandising plan to the buyer, who can then decide what products, styles, colors etc to purchase.

  • Able to monitor stock movement, promotions with the buyer to ensure the products are presented to potential customers in the best manner possible.

  • Manage pricing for different products depending on the sale trend.

  • Formulating strategies for successful launch of brand/ products and their management. As per launch results recommend actions for addressing any foretasted variances to volume budget on a monthly basis.

  • Worked with E commerce POC, to update and upload product data, specifications, stocks, Images, pricing, marketing.

  • Responsible for manage Photo shoot.

  • Help is developing banners for Online platforms

  • Develop Annual Business Plan and freeze the same with management.

  • Monitoring of performance of brand regarding sales, inventory and contribution of brand.

  • Prepare & maintain category wise/ format wise MIS analytics based on actual sales, sales forecast, inventory checks, forth coming events, EOSS etc

  • MIS reports : Daily, weekly, monthly, reports ie. sales/ sales return / stock/ sell-thru & month stock cover by category/ SKU, store, region wise.

  • All aspects assortment planning, inventory management, replenishment & stock returns logistics of merchandise in a timely & cost effective manner for all eCommerce portals eg Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc.

  • Liquidation of slow movers.

  • Traveled independently to multiple store locations across India & gained working experience.

  • Responsible for payment followup, periodical reconciliation accounts in terms of payments, invoicing, credit notes & settling with buyers commercial team.
