We are hiring Manager / In charge - Production/Quality/Cutting for Garments Manufacturing Company.


1. Profile:- Production Manager


Qualification:- Textile Degree


Experience:- 8 to 10 years in textile garments manufacturing as Production



Roles & Responsibility:-


  • Cut to Pack GARMENT Production Planning and control.
  • Planning of the garments Production , Line Planning , Target Fixation, Hourly Monitoring , WIP, Goods work Method, Maintenance knowledge. Achievement of the plan. Capable of the Planning from cutting to Packing .
  • Responsible for Production Meeting , Waste control,Schedule all Style to be cut , Sewn , Finished as per frame on time .Honest & Hard working
  • Daily Basis Follow up of the Process.
  • Will be responsible for the Entire Factory Production , Planning , Quality.
  • Reporting to MD of the Factory Daily Production.
  • Able to implement and Monitor Continual improvement Project related to Production & Quality.
  • Supervision of all Production Process in the factory. Involved in day to day Cutting, Printing, Embroidery, Stitching, Finishing, Packing .
  • Guideline & close Monitoring in cutting, Printing , Embroidery, Stitching & Finishing Packing
  • Quality checks Needs to be done at Various Check Points Production work flow , fore casting, Quality & Timely Deliveries.
  • Production Management and Quality Management for Wovens , Knits ,Georgette, Schifon, Sequence Garments.
  • Arranging the manpower.
  • Will be responsible to the ensure Production Execute & Shipping on time every time anticipate and identify Production Problems & find solution that might affect the delivery.
  • Working closely with the merchandising, production and technical team .

2. Profile:- Quality Manager


Qualification:- Textile Degree


Experience:- 8 to 10 years in textile garments manufacturing as Quality


Roles and Responsibilities

  • To co-ordinate with the merchandising department for quality norms for running styles & to achieve the required quality standard.
  • Lead an establish quality assurance program through a paradigm shift to a continual quality improvement program in a manage care environment.
  • Define a new department process for documenting and managing bugs
  • Coordinate efforts between multiple teams to achieve product quality goals.
  • Manage customer relations, specifications, and testing procedures for QA functions concerning client products.
  • Provide oversight of products being produced complies with customer specifications and quality requirements.
  • Identify areas of improvement / innovation to add value to customer on continuous basis
  • Identify, implement and manage the development and preparation of key reliability metrics and analysis make available through local maintenance and engineering software programs.
  • Work with all new teams and help train them & get up to speed regarding quality assurance practices and SOPs along with product knowledge.
  • Facilitate, create and evangelize agile, scrum and lean processes and methodologies.
  • Hold periodic status meetings with key stakeholders regarding the status of various quality assurance projects.
  • Balance competing objectives across various quality and oversight activities.
  • Develop reports covering data analysis and corrective action preventive action (CAPA) base on transaction monitoring.
  • Review, author and execute the remediation plans
  • Implement DMAIC approach to quality planning activities (management review).
  • Co-ordination with Q.C inspection of buying house to get the inspection done at the time of Fittings , Initials, Inline, Midline & Final.
  • Heading entire QA Team.
  • Responsible for setting all processes related to quality, standard operating procedures (SOPs) that are to be followed in the plant.
  • To carry out other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.


3) Cutting Incharge - Mumbai
Areas of Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for Productivity, Planning, Efficiency, Man, Machine &Material utilization.
  • Achieve Line Plan To Smooth Feeding Flow
  • Administrative control over the department.
  • Ensure to Maximum utilization of fabric and minimum generation of waste
  • To Deliver 100% OTIF
  • Ensure the productivity & quality keep excellent housekeeping of the dept
  • Ensure the uninterrupted planed supply part to the entire production unit to get Maximum utilization
  • To get the work done as Right First Time
  • Effective management of man power and Time
  • To advice the CAD dept at the time of makes the Costing & Production consumption to achieve the Best utilization of fabrics
  • Prepare the cutting plan & cut order plan to maintain the ratio
  • Give necessary advice to the yarn dyed, manual & CAM cutting operator
  • Co- Ordinate with the marketing, planning and production team.
  • Prepare reports and project the efficiency of the dept
  • Identify the Bottleneck on floor and initiate the necessary actions.
  • Responsible for cutting quality department like shade, pattern and issue of fabrics.
  • Advice to cad team in grading & pattern modification.
  • Also check fabric store stock report on monthly basis & check stock
  • Technical support and services to technical team, cad & cutting team,
  • Preparing cut plan for bulk fabric booking& ensuring high marker utilization,
  • Incorporating all buyers comments and making amendments in base as well as graded patterns,
  • Calculating fabric consumptions based on fabric properties and construction of garment,
  • Ensuring & checking Marker before start bulk cutting,
  • Ensure correct pattern labeling of each pattern for plotting& CNC,
  • Correct pattern points & CNC knife direction for quality cutting & time saving.
  • To cross check cutting wastage report on daily basis.
  • To check final cutting cut plan with cutting production file.
  • Achieve production targets as per plan
  • Effective management of man power and Time
  • Ensure the productivity, Compliance and social complaints free dept and keep excellent housekeeping of the department.
  • explain spreading and cutting method of pin table
