Conducting Market Research for New Product Development/Requirement of Marketing/Media Activity and make
Strategic Plans according to that
Submission of Media Activity Planning along with Budget and Deadlines on Monthly Basis to Media Dep.
Provide all necessary information related to Activity to Media Dep., so that Media Dep. Can conceptualize the same in
Collection of Best Possible Options from Media Dep. And suggest all possible corrections
Final Selection of Design from Best Possible Options after necessary updation
Support to Media Dep. in execution of Activity in effective way to ensure that Expected Result/Target, Deadlines are achieved within Budget
Collection of Final Report from Media Dep. After activity completion and Analyse the Result of Activity
Ensure availability of necessary Marketing Materials
Planning for Events & Exhibitions and ensure proper executions for the same
Develops Packaging Standards and ensure that Packaging of Product is as per Strategy
Market Position Analysis
New Product Development Plans and submission of the same to Vertical Heads
To create Future Talent Bench for the role of SVH / any suitable opening in MDO for Business Analysis (trained at State Level)
Provide Business data Analysis support to the COO which would include
Ensuring timely business data collation from different stake holders on Key Parameters.
Analytical Report presentation to facilitate key decision points at the time of monthly business reviews.
Preparation of monthly reviews in prescribed formats with clear pointers / highlights to facilitate discussions & arriving at way forward
Providing strategic data inputs to create strategies for enhancing sales during the periods such as special days business, festive season sales etc.
Business Trend Analysis on the basis of past trends & current market conditions.
Preparing monthly MD review presentations, with requisite reasoning, for COO.
Excellent Analytical Skills .
Excellent command over MS Office (Word, Power point & Excel) and internet skills.
The candidate must possess EXCELLENT English communication (spoken & writing) skills.
Should be an expert in managing calendars, minute meetings, prioritize agendas, manage emails etc.
Quick learner, proactive, highly motivated, self-directed and should be able to handle pressure.
Should be able to work with minimum supervision and capable of multi-task skills
