Roles and Responsibilities

Job Decription: -


1. Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful manpower utilisations

2. Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees

3. Address client issues with team and devise ways of improving the client experience, including resolving problems and complaints

4. Tracking daily activity and put required action at place to control operations

5. Developing policies that will correlate with strategies

6. Overseeing compliance as per SOP/SOW

7. Manage relationships with key operations stake holder

8. Work closely with all department to run smooth operations

9. Analyze the Process and put corrective measure for driving desired result

10. Manage business cost withing the budget and focus on improving it further

11. Take ownership of activity and ensuring task get closed within the timeline

12. Flexibility of working at all aspect with learning curve

13. Meeting to client with open mind for processimprovement

14. Ability to identify new business opportunity out of existing

15. Keep team motivated and appreciate good work

16. Keep team aligned with Business/Client requirement


Oversaw daily activities and supervised a team of Customer Service Representatives who  

care to patients.  

Led the process of hiring patients service representatives.  

Coordinated with doctors and ensured that a good relationship is maintained  

Supervised the performance of the hospital and developed new strategies to improve  

performance standards  

Responsible for the control and monitoring of day to day functioning of wards (175 beds).  

Produce MIS reports  

Collecting data related to different parameters and provide its analysis to COO.  

Contribute, to the development, implementation and maintenance of policies,  

procedures, standards and protocols of the Ward, and ensure adherence to, and delivery  

of the highest level of patient care at all times.  

Responsible for developing innovative policies and procedures for the organization  

Provided training to the juniors and oriented them with hospital rules and regulations  

Addressed customer service inquiries in a timely and accurate fashion  

Maintained and monitored product reviews working with team to ensure all "3 star and  

under reviews" are addressed quickly and appropriately Solved all major Patients  

problems/queries.  

Communicated with customers to receive their valuable feedback and suggestions for  

improvement in firms products/services.  

Taking daily rounds of all departments.  

To support and manage nursing staff within the floor area ensuring that patient needs  

are assessed, care planned, implemented and evaluated.  

To manage ward staff on a daily basis including induction, recruitment, appraisal,  

performance management, absence management and first level discipline and grievance.  

To be responsible for the control and monitoring of the ward budget ensuring provision  

of a high quality and cost effective service.  

Responsible for maintaining patient records within agreed standards and ensuring the  

quality of record keeping within area of responsibility  

Monitored and supervised the daily operations of medical care unit.


Problem Solving and Information Management To take morning round of premises to check Availability of staff and Doctors, Functioning of Equipment, Cleanliness and Hygiene, Availability of supplies, Sterility in Operating rooms etc To check Documentation and consent for the surgeries posted for the day To ensure Availability of support staff for marketing activities To monitor TPA approvals Controls and Monitoring To control Leave management of all the operational Staff To control usage of essential consumables, Stationary, Telephones, Electricity, Air conditioning To build System to achieve cost control To ensure Best productivity from each of the employee To control and channelize patient flow during peak flow time To monitor waiting time of the patient at every service level To arrange resources for outdoor camp and report the outcome of camp activities to Marketing Head To monitor Conversion ratios and Counselors and Doctors Level To ensure that OT starts operating on time and to ensure that patients are discharged at minimum time


Communication and Team Building To co-ordinate with CPD and Chennai Team for Timely delivery of supplies To provide Doctors their contribution Report on Daily Basis To build competent and capable first and second line at each service level To identify training needs of each staff and to help HR in organizing training activities for the team To communicate to doctors/ Director any key equipment Break down or surgical complication To communicate to doctors about patient feedback and expectations if any


Managing Outsourced staff and related activities To manage outsourced staff and their related activities To see that contractual services are delivered with quality and with minimum possible cost


Conducting Meetings To conduct meeting with all the Key staff on daily basis To conduct Infection Control meeting with doctors and OT staff once a month and to check fumigation record, sterility practices etc


MIS & Reports To prepare various MIS reports on Daily Basis To ensure that all records and documents pertaining to the entire operations are updated and ready for auditing
