Job Role :

One end-to-end implementation experience/2 Support project experience

Experience in SD Module

  • Master data like customer master, material master, Account Groups, Customer Material Info. record
  • Enterprise Structure set up like Sales Area, Sales Group, etc.
  • Sales processes mapping like Sales order to Billing, Stock Transfer, intercompany sales, Third-party sales, consignment sales, etc.
  • Logistic execution Delivery Processing, Transportation Management, Handling Unit Management, Batch Management
  • Pricing
  • Billing Process
  • Output Determination. Credit Management, Availability check

1. Extensive experience in Global SAP ERP end to end Implementation, Roll out, and Go-Live Support projects

2. Extensive experience in analyzing issues in Complex Business processes & preparing Functional & Technical specs, User Manuals, and Reports

3. Person will work from offshore in the technical track of client engagements and own the delivery for the small to the medium-sized team in code development activities.

4. Report status of development back to onshore leadership.

5. Ability to understand the business requirement, functional specs

6. Ability to write and review functional specifications

7. Ability to configure and also lead a team of developers to produce quality technical and functional deliverables.

8. Ability to show leadership in technology strategy activities for projects and also be a subject matter expert in the latest technologies.

9. Participate in quality assurance process for all technical functional deliverables

10. Strong oral and written communication skills is a MUST

11. Should have worked on international live client projects

12. Should have worked in a distributed delivery model with an internationally located team model

13. SAP certification preferred


  • The primary responsibilities are to support SAP Strategic planning, Requirements Gathering, Process evaluation/design, Prototyping, Configuration, and Testing.
  • Other tasks include system implementations, testing strategy, production support, documentation, training, and enhancement of software packages and applications by utilizing SAP and 3rd party solutions
  • Act as the Focal contact between IT and SAP SD Systems Users and Technical Teams to support business process Cultivate strong business relationships with end-users and other project stakeholders
  • Resolve implementation issues to obtain system sign off from management
  • Monitor the health of the system and resolve any system or transaction-related errors.
  • Architect and Design Solutions within the SAP - SD Assist with the development of Blueprint and Scope documents for proposed projects/enhancements/bugs
  • Analysis and documentation of current systems (processes, functions, methods, and practices
  • Provide assistance in the resolution of system errors, user issues, and data processing and change requests.
  • Work closely with application & development teams to meet business needs
  • Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources.
  • Understand and gain expertise of the company's existing business processes, map out process flows and identify areas for improvement with process change or system improvements.
  • Work closely with the business community to elicit, define and document requirements, business goals, and deliver IS solutions per business-mandated deadlines.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to evaluate & propose design alternatives, and deliver optimum solutions, while minimizing impact to system stability and performance.
