Security & Administrative. The responsibilities there are, Management of Troops, Administration, Training, Management of transportations, Security of premises, Plant access control, Vehicle control inward and outward carrying raw materials, Surveillance over all employees of plant, CCTV monitoring and Command & control over local Guards and Drivers.
Security risk assessment.
Enforcing security policies.
Defining and planning safety practices.
Handling confidential information.
Leading the implantation of security/safety procedures.
Projects strong customer service skills - Active listener, tactful, diplomatic and articulate.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills - Effectively interact with people of different ages and cultures.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
Security deployment and administration
Industrial security and threats
Perimeter wall (upper and lower) security
Electronic security gadgets and maintenance
Retention and destruction of old documents
Record of foreigner visitors
Gathering information, intelligence, and vigilance
Access and crowd control
Vehicle and material management
Housekeeping, transportation, and canteen management
Billing and payment of concerned vendors.
Managing and maintenance of light vehicles
Preparing overall security plans and managing security operations of organization, including assignments and staffing.
Contributing to investigations of property loss, thefts and criminal activities.
Providing timely reports to firm management & all security costs through financial analysis.
Conducting annual research on crime risk analysis.
Maintaining and conducting routine checkup of several sites in firm analyzed failures.
Monitoring performance of security units installed in firm.
Researching market constantly to gain knowledge of latest trends in security system implementation and possible security threats.
Recommending installations of new/ latest security systems or a possible up-gradation in existing systems.
Securing of expatriates premises and access.
Controlling inward outward carrying materials.
Keeping observation/ surveillance over all employees of plant.
Identifying and protecting company assets through the development and implementations of security protocols.
Handling with worker union in strike by applying crowd control methods.
Keeping management aware about workers activities by applying intelligence.
Investigating minor offences like theft, pilferage and sabotage and submit detailed report to Head HR.
Tacking responsibilities of company pool vehicles and hired vehicles by keeping proper record of Kms and verifying the same at the end of month.
Strictly checking of incoming/outgoing workers and employees for carrying unauthorised items like smack, alcohol, weapons and other personal items.
Strictly checking of incoming/outgoing vehicles for their proper documents and other unauthorised items as stated above.
Helping management in emergency like fire and strike by taking help of outer fire and security agencies.
Responsible for full security strength by keeping informed the hired security agency.
Keeping close vigilance on company workers and employees activities through installed MFDD at main gate and functioned CCTV cameras and keep informing management about the same.
Conducting periodic maintenance of security equipment in house as well as from concerned vendors.
Preparing and reviewing security SOP time to time.
Keep practicing for good decorum of company at main gate and inside premises.
Maintaining good behaviour and response to visitors and vendors during visiting company.
Responsible for proper scrap disposal by keeping close eye on loading points by putting trained security guards and continuous supervision.
Managing, Motivating & commanding over 150 local guards, local police and army soldiers & more than 100 civil staffs.
