Job Description

We are currently seeking a speech therapist with experience to assist in providing speech therapy interventions.

Locations- Pan India
Exp. Fresher And Exp. Both Required

Qualification : BASLP/ MASLP/DHLS(Must Any)

Job Responsibilities:
Must have hands on experience on providing Speech Therapy to kids within Autism Disorder.
Added advantage to have experience working in interdisciplinary, multi-sensoria l the environment.
Perform evaluation and administer treatment for speech language disorders for spec children with one or multiple disorder like Cerebral Palsy (CP), Mental Retardation (IV Autism, Learning disabilities etc.
Design and revise plans of care and goals.
Primary work would be conduct ing one-on-one speech therapy sessions for kids witl Spectrum Disorder, Delayed Speech and Delayed Milestones.
To maintain and updated individual and group records during sessions.
Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with parents stakeholders.
Establishes and maintains a safe,orderly, and child centered environment.
Keep abreast of current trends and developments in speech disorder.
Attend and participate in team meetings and staff meetings
Conduct new case assessments and create therapy plans

Coordinate with other members of company multi-disciplinary clinical team

Maintain records and share with other members of the team when required

Develop protocols for assessment, treatment and management and assist in their implementation

Guide and train other staff members in speech therapy planning

Create and modify resources and manuals

Participate in other activities on an as-needed basis case perspective areas

Maintains legal and accreditation compliance by adhering to federal, state, and local regulations, and professional standards.
Updates job knowledge by tracking trends in new techniques and approaches; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add Defines patient hearing impairment and balance disorder by conferring with referring physician; selecting and administering electrophysiological and other relevant tests; operating diagnostic equipment; determining type and degree of hearing impairment and effects on comprehension and speech; interpreting audiometric diagnostic data; preparing written diagnostic reports.
Provides treatments by cleaning ear canal; fitting hearing aides and other assistive devices; conducting auditory training and instruction in speech and lip reading; fitting and tuning cochlear plants; counseling patients and families; conducting programs in aural rehabilitation; guiding technical staff.
Maintains patient records by recording and updating evaluations, changes, progress, and treatments.
Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes; participating in research programs; evaluating new equipment, devices, and techniques.
Provides auditory evaluations and education by measuring and studying noise conditions; conducting hearing protection and hearing loss screening programs.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock; anticipating needs; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
