Roles and Responsibilities
The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Manage transportation & other logistics processes. Ensure that right products are delivered to right location on time & at good cost.
ERP working knowledge
Handling of Local & corporate transporters.
Sales orders receipt.
Follow up with transporters for on time deliveries
Maintenance of documents.
Follow ups for proof of Delivery copies.
Microsoft Excel knowledge
Ability to co-ordinate & get work With done from staff & workers.
Arranging dispatch on time without failing.
Handling all logistic and transport related activities such as arranging transportation for dispatch.
Coordination between procurement and sale department and account department as well.
Good communication skills - both verbal and written.
Coordinating with different department through email.
